This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all ride bookings made through the UkDrive mobile application, operated by M & A Ride Sharing LLP ("Company," "we," "our," "us").
By booking a ride on UkDrive, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Passengers may cancel a ride request before driver acceptance without any cancellation fee.
If a passenger cancels a ride after the driver has accepted, a cancellation fee may apply.
If the driver has already reached the pickup location and the passenger cancels, the full cancellation fee will apply.
Drivers are expected to honor all accepted ride requests.
If a driver cancels a ride after acceptance:
If a passenger does not show up at the pickup location within 10 minutes of the driver's arrival, the ride may be canceled, and a no-show fee (equivalent to the cancellation fee) may be charged.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kotdwara, Uttarakhand courts.
