- No abusive language, harassment, or discriminatory behavior.
- Respect personal space and privacy.
2. Passenger Guidelines
- Enter accurate pickup and drop-off details.
- Be ready at your pickup location on time.
- Do not carry illegal, prohibited, or hazardous items.
- Avoid causing damage to the driver's vehicle.
- Pay the agreed fare promptly via app or cash.
3. Driver Guidelines
- Maintain valid documents (Driving License, RC, Insurance, Permit).
- Keep vehicles clean, safe, and roadworthy.
- Do not refuse rides without a valid reason.
- Follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly.
- Treat passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
4. Safety First
- Always use seatbelts and encourage others to do so.
- Passengers should verify driver and vehicle details before boarding.
- Drivers should only pick up passengers assigned via the UkDrive app.
- Use the in-app SOS button in case of emergency.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy
UkDrive strictly prohibits:
- Harassment, abuse, or violence.
- Drunk driving or intoxication during rides.
- Illegal activities or carriage of banned substances.
- Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the app.
Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
6. Reporting Misconduct
If you experience or witness misconduct:
- Report it immediately via the UkDrive app support section.

7. Accountability
- Passengers and Drivers may face penalties for repeated cancellations or no-shows.
